Shake well. Place 1 full dropper under the tongue. Hold for 30 seconds, then swallow.
Use as needed depending on sleep issues. For more difficulty in falling asleep, or waking up during the night, consider 1-2 droppers 30 minutes prior to desired bedtime. For conditions of waking up in the middle of the night, it is okay to take 1/2-1 dropper during the night. Keep in mind that taking the formula later at night may result in grogginess in morning.
Do NOT use if pregnant or nursing. Keep out of reach of children.

Frequently asked questions.
The Sleep Tincture is a blend of Full Spectrum CBD hemp extracts, CBN, a hint of THC, and a specialized mix of Chinese herbs, crafted to calm the mind, boost blood circulation, and mitigate inflammation. Meanwhile, the Sleep Gummies use only CBD and CBN isolates and offer a gentler, botanical-free approach to sleep support.
While CBN (cannabinol) is non-psychotropic and hasn't been linked to inducing a 'stoned' feeling, it has been researched for its potential drowsiness effects.
The Sleep Tincture, made from Full Spectrum CBD Hemp extracts, does contain small amounts of THC. In a 1ml dose, you get 50mg CBD, 10mg CBN, and about 2.5-3mg THC. This trace of THC, combined with the higher CBD, aids faster sleep onSet. On the other hand, the Sleep Gummy, derived from isolated CBD and CBN, contains no THC.
For severe insomnia, taking 1-2 droppers nightly is advised. However, the onSet of the sedative effects may vary based on factors like medications or high stress. It's important not to exceed 5-6mg of THC for sleep. THC might stimulate rather than relax at higher doses, as its psychotropic effects can vary among individuals.
