What does the name Dragon Hemp mean?

It is the balance of two worlds. "Dragon" represents the active, Yang energy of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and ancient herbal wisdom. "Hemp" represents the grounding, Yin energy of modern cannabinoids (CBD). Together, they form a complete system designed to target the root cause of ailments, not just the symptoms.

Who formulates your products? 

Every Dragon Hemp formula is originally crafted by our founder, Kevin Menard, L.Ac., at his sports medicine clinic in Sag Harbor, NY.

These blends are the result of years of clinical practice and direct feedback from real patients. Kevin meticulously refined each formula to ensure it delivered effective relief, extending the healing benefits of his acupuncture treatments to support recovery, sleep, and performance at home.

What is in your formulas?

We blend cannabinoids from organic, American-grown hemp with sustainably sourced Chinese herbs.

•  The Hemp: We use Full-Spectrum and Broad-Spectrum extracts rich in CBD, CBN, CBG, and CBC.

II. Dosing, Usage & Effects

How much should I take?

We recommend a "Low and Slow" approach. Every body is unique, and finding your "sweet spot" may take a few days of adjustment.

•  Start Small: For tinctures, start with 1 full dropper (1ml) daily. For gummies, start with 1 gummy (or 1/2 gummy for THC products).

•  Consistency is Key: Chinese herbs work best when they build up in your system. For long-term benefits (like sleep or inflammation), try to take your dose at the same time every day.

What does the green "+" symbol mean?

The Green "+" marks our High-Potency / THC-Infused collection (such as Sleep Gummies+ or Relief+). These products contain Hemp-Derived Delta-9 THC in amounts that will produce a psychoactive or euphoric effect. They are designed for stronger relief, deeper sleep, or social uplift.

What is Hemp-Derived Delta-9 THC?

It is exactly the same natural compound found in cannabis, but extracted from federally legal hemp plants.

•  Is it synthetic? No. We do not use synthetic Delta-8 or "gas station" cannabinoids. We use only natural, plant-derived Delta-9 THC.

•  Is it legal? Yes. All our products contain less than 0.3% THC by dry weight, making them federally compliant.

Will these products show up on a drug test?

Yes. Because our formulas are Full-Spectrum (containing trace amounts of THC) or THC-infused (The "+" Line), usage will likely result in a positive drug test. If your job or lifestyle requires testing, we recommend consulting your HR department or sticking to our THC-Free options.
