*Please note: For opened items, our Peace-of-Mind Guarantee applies only to your first purchase of each product with no more than 25% used—except in the case of a verified manufacturing defect. It does not apply to subscription orders or sale items.

 

 

Return Policy

You may return unopened product within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, exchange or store credit.*


Opened product is eligible for exchange or store credit within the same 30-day window, as part of our Peace-of-Mind Guarantee.*

Returns must include the unused portion of the product or be unused and unopened in its original packaging. 

Please email us at info@dragonhemp.com to initiate the process, and we’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label.

*Orders that received free shipping will incur a $5 deduction from the refund to help cover original shipping costs.

 

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The time it takes for the refund to show up in your account depends on your card issuer's policies.


Exclusions

We cannot accept returns of sale items.

We cannot accept returns on multiple opened units of the same product, except in the case of a verified manufacturing defect.

We’re only able to accept returns for purchases made directly through Dragon Hemp. For items bought from third-party retailers, please reach out to them directly for assistance.

We cannot refund original shipping fees.

We cannot accept returns without proof of purchase.


Shipping

*Please note (as of 4/15/25): USPS, our Economy Shipping provider, has been experiencing some widespread delays and tracking inconsistencies. If you need your order by a specific date or live in an area with known USPS delivery issues, we recommend choosing UPS at checkout for the most reliable service.

Please allow 24 hours (1 business day) for us to process your order before it ships. Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.

Shipping timelines shown at checkout reflect carrier estimates and do not include our 1 business day processing time.


Once your order has shipped, we are unable to alter it, as we rely on third-party carriers for delivery. Any delays after shipment are unfortunately beyond our control. If your package is taking longer than expected, we recommend reaching out to the shipping carrier directly using the tracking number provided in your confirmation email.


If you need your order to arrive by a specific date, we strongly recommend selecting UPS at checkout for the most reliable expedited delivery.


Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Once a package is in transit, we are unable to make changes. Dragon Hemp is not responsible for delays or additional shipping fees due to incorrect or incomplete addresses entered at checkout.


 

Where We Ship

We ship to all U.S. states & territories—except Idaho due to local regulations.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping, due to varying regulations on hemp and cannabinoids.
