Return Policy
You may return your product within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, exchange or store credit.
Returns must include the unused portion of the product or be unused and unopened in its original packaging.
Please email us at info@dragonhemp.com to initiate the process, and we’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The time it takes for the refund to show up in your account depends on your card issuer's policies.
Exclusions
We cannot accept returns of sale items.
We cannot accept returns on multiple opened units of the same product, unless defective.
We’re only able to accept returns for purchases made directly through Dragon Hemp. For items bought from third-party retailers, please reach out to them directly for assistance.
We cannot refund original shipping fees.
We cannot accept returns without proof of purchase.
Shipping
We process and ship orders within one business day (24 hours) from the time they are placed, Monday–Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 12 PM EST will ship the following business day. Orders placed before 12 PM EST may ship the same day.
Shipping estimates are provided by third-party carriers. Once your order has shipped, any delays are beyond our control, and we can’t guarantee delivery timelines. If you experience an issue, we recommend reaching out to the carrier directly using the tracking number provided.
If you need your order to arrive by a specific date, we recommend selecting UPS 1- or 2-day shipping at checkout for the most reliable expedited delivery.
Please confirm your shipping address is correct before completing your order. Customers are responsible for additional shipping charges incurred due to incorrect shipping address.
