If you're not satisfied within 30 days, we'll make it right — whether that means adjusting your dosage, exchanging your formula, or returning your purchase. No runaround.
Your body needs time to respond to new botanicals. Many people feel a shift immediately, but true systemic balance builds over time. We recommend committing to your Dragon Hemp protocol for at least two weeks to experience the formula's full potential.

Returns & Exchanges: The Protocol Pivot
Finding the right balance takes time — which is why we give you 30 days to return or exchange your purchase. If a remedy isn't the right fit, return the product in its original packaging and choose the path that works best for you:
Protocol Exchange & Consultation: We'll send a return label, issue a Dragon Hemp Apothecary Credit, and guide you to a better fit.
Standard Return: Prefer a full refund? We'll return your payment in full to your original method, minus a $5 shipping fee.
Retail Return: Products purchased from our Sag Harbor location must be returned in-store and are not eligible for online return processing.

Refunds
Once our apothecary receives your return, we will process your refund or store credit within 5 business days. The time it takes to reflect in your account depends on your card issuer.
Apothecary Guidelines
Bulk Protocols: If you purchase multiple units of the same formula, we advise fully testing one unit before opening the others. We only accept returns on multiple opened units of the exact same product if there is a verified manufacturing defect.
Sale & Discounted Formulas: We can only accept returns of full-price items or products discounted less than 35%.
Retail Partners: We only process returns for protocols purchased directly through Dragon Hemp. For items acquired through our retail partners, please coordinate with them directly.
Shipping
Reliable remedies require reliable care.
Proactive Processing: Our team will ship your protocol within one business day (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). The delivery timelines are carrier estimates that begin once your order leaves our hands:
Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days
Express Shipping: 2–3 business days
Our Carrier: We ship via DHL, with final delivery often handled by USPS. If you live in an area where USPS delivers to a PO Box rather than your home address, please include your PO Box when checking out to ensure smooth delivery.
Reliable Care: Our commitment to your protocol does not end when your package leaves our facility. If your delivery is delayed more than 48 hours beyond the estimate, email us. We will work with the carrier to ensure your formulas arrive or are swiftly replaced.
Order Accuracy: Please check your delivery details carefully, especially when using auto-populated payment methods like Apple Pay or Google Pay. We will do everything possible to accommodate address corrections before dispatch, but we cannot alter details once fulfillment begins.
