How to Use

Shake well. Place 1 full dropper under the tongue. Hold for 30 seconds, then swallow.

Recommend usage:
Depending on level of pain, 1-2 droppers before bedtime. Given the Full Spectrum hemp profile, 2 droppers or more can make you feel drowsy if taken during the day.

Do not use formulas containing Chinese herbs if you are pregnant or nursing. Keep out of reach of children.
